Ltd. collects information necessary to execute legal customs brokerage and freight operations under Customs House Agent / Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations (CBLR 2018). This includes Importer-Exporter Codes (IEC), invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and statutory declarations.
All client pricing, commercial invoices, customer lists, and product formulations shared with us for customs appraisal are treated as strictly confidential business proprietary assets. We never sell, lease, or monetize client data with external parties.
Consignment data is transmitted securely to statutory Government of India authorities including Indian Customs, ICEGATE, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), DGFT, and applicable Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) as mandated by the Customs Act, 1962.
